Pregnant men

Some call it "evidence of good living" the reality becomes visible in their later life.You musn't eat everything and you cant optimise your life by being sedentary.C'mon lose that habit of consuming lots of beer,why are you even bragging with the number of bottles you can consume.Grey hair is a glory to any family; do yo like to be carried about when you are old.
Diabetes, heart failure,kidney and liver problems, stroke, etc. are some of the things you are incurring for yourself.
You can form a healthy nutrition habit that you can enjoy in your old age, besides you can get involved in one or two exercises.Take a look at those sportsmen and women you view on your television, you'll be baffled if told their age.Lots of exercises abound which can help you 'terminate' that pregnancy.Keep fit and keep a date with me as more info about this will reach you from this stable.

Psycho-nutrition

Before you crucify me about that word combination, give me a minute or two for an explanation.Yeah, the word may not exist in a dictionary but it literary means ones state of the mind when eating.Have you ever wondered why some gluttons look skinny while obese patients remain fat despite their efforts to keep fit?
A study has shown that ones state of the mind affects ones cells, and being that cellular respiration brings about ATP(energy) its production is usually a reflection of its state.
I hope to tell you more about this soonest but in the meantime, make sure your mind is relaxed when eating and dont grumble amidst feeding.

Diet and nutrition

It irritates me to think of the fact that many people today are more concerned with what they want rather than what they need.One may want to drink a glass of chilled beer whearas one needs fruits.The irony of this is that the body's internal environment will always pick what it needs from the bulk of junks we throw in.
Diet is that thing you want to eat (probably because of its taste) but nutrition is that thing your body needs to function effectively.There is no strict rules here because individuals vary from the other so why dont you examine yourself (a health personnel can help you) and start eating aright; tomorrow may be too late my dear.

Physical fitness

This is not only for the young people but all who aspire to enjoy their retirement age.Remember its of utmost importance that one saves for the rainy day which is bound to come.The habit one forms in the youth follows one to the old age and as negative habits can be formed, so can positive ones be formed.
All these are not to waste your precious time but add value to your life because we will enjoy you better in your old age when your glory will be our refuge.Many spend their health to get wealth only to turn around and pursue health with their wealth.
Why dont you think about your later life and prepare for it?
